Outside Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and personable Sales Executive that is not afraid to build their own book of business. As a Direct Line Sales Executive, you will follow our proven sales process to find, pitch, and close clients. Leveraging your consultative approach, outgoing personality, ability to drive a conversation, and excellent closing skills, you will find the right service for each client to ensure a long-term relationship has been established. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed daily KPI Metrics
  • Utilize multiple prospecting arenas to build your own pipeline
  • Conduct 50 cold calls per day
  • Research, meet, present to, and negotiate contracts with new clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Attend a variety of networking events and presentations on behalf of Direct Line Development in order to advertise our products and services and build your network.
  • Participate in company marketing campaigns and research to further establish and grow our company.
  • Maintain an active and growing database of clients and projects within the company CRM system.
  • Engage in each level of your pipeline management

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of related sales experience
  • Enthusiastic personality and positive mindset
  • A personality that thrives on a challenge and is driven by success
  • Proven track record as a top performer and closer
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
