When looking for a CBD store, people can enter numerous keywords and phrases in the search bar. Ahrefs is one of the main tools we utilize to track the number of keywords used to find a website.

When the website got more organic keywords, search engine optimization for this CBD project proved to be effective, but there are even more significant SEO metrics - keywords in TOP-3 and TOP-10. These are the queries that bring most of the traffic.

ORGANIC TRAFFIC INCREASED BY 1,623% COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS PERIOD

Every SEO project is aimed at a constant increase in organic traffic. We achieve it through our well-coordinated work and thought-out strategies. 

We compared site performance from October 2020 to April 2021 with the previous 6 month period. The website had 12,153 visitors that came from organic traffic channels before this CBD company started using SEO. After we put all the necessary improvements in place, the traffic increased to 209,406 during the last 6 months - this is over 1,623% growth!

THE CLIENT’S REVENUE RATE HAS INCREASED BY 940%

One of the main goals of the project was to increase lead volume. To track this metric accordingly, we installed eCommerce analytics and started analyzing the conversion rates at the website. After the Hometown Hero CBD website was optimized for SEO, the figures started to grow.

MORE SEO METRICS IN GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE

Another functional tool we use to track SEO metrics is Google Search Console. Among other things, it gives information about key parameters of website ranking in Google such as Total clicks and Total Impressions. Check out the results of our work: the client’s website started to get 1,204 Clicks instead of 136 and 26,550 Impressions instead of 1,121 daily in the 7 months of the project.

HOW CLIENT’S INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROMOTION PROCESS IMPROVES RESULTS

We managed to achieve good results by late February when the Hometown Hero team was contacted by The New York Times. The reporter interviewed them and published an article about their business both online and in print.

In the next 10 days after the publication, more than 60,000 users came to the client's site. A total of about 10,000 transactions were received.
